Also, as with any new exercise regimes, speak to a doctor before embarking on this journey. This is a work-out for your vagina to get you lady-bit fit, but we want this to be a safe and healing experience for your body. Check with your doctor first, as it's your responsibility to ensure that this will not interfere with any existing medical conditions that you may have.

Talk to your doctor! Many women do choose to practice when they are pregnant, however we always advise to err on the side of caution and NOT practice until at least 6-week post-partem, and before you get the “go-ahead” from your doctor to be having vaginal intercourse.

Yes! The egg is very dense and there have been zero documented cases of someone getting an infection or Toxic Shock Syndrome from using a jade egg. HOWEVER, it is your responsibility to keep it clean. BOIL the egg before first use and clean it after every use with soap and warm water. You can also soak it once a month in a warm bath of essential oils: 1 cup water, 7 drops tea tree oil, 7 drops lavender oil.
