We believe when you listen to your body and nourish it with healthy food, regular movement and mindful pleasure you will come alive from the bottom up and inside out, radiating confidence, self-love and allure.

That's why we created Wholly Embodied. We strive to empower people with physical, mental and sexual health education using body-based tools and techniques that naturally expand and enhance their personal potential. 

We founded Wholly Embodied in September 2018 after years of working together in the fitness industry. In addition to loving group  fitness, we realized we were also both passionate around the topics of sex, love, relationships, shame, body-image, self-hate and being disempowered by societal ideals. 

Though we came from two seemingly different professional backgrounds, we quickly learned they were incredibly aligned because physical, mental and sexual health are intricately connected to one another.

We adopted a bottom-up coaching method to help people build a healthy loving relationship with their bodies and themselves for improved physical, mental, and sexual health. We now work with clients one-on-one and have also integrated our embodiment principles into our courses and free educational videos.

About Sarah

Hi Everybody!

I’m Sarah, I am a Personal Trainer and a Holistic Nutritionist who specializes in the psychology of eating. I am also a nature enthusiast, a chocolate lover and somebody who absolutely LOVES to dance in their underwear.

Within the wellness community I have always been considered the “odd-ball” because of my unique approach to health, fitness and weight.

In my early 20’s, I was obsessed with health and fitness, but not the good kind of obsessed. Every thought I had revolved around weight, shape and food. On repeat... 

It. Was. Exhausting!

Every time I would eat a food I had labeled as “bad,” I would feel an incredible amount of guilt. Also, my mental calculator would automatically start working out how many hours I had to do on the treadmill in an effort to “un-do” what I just ate.

I hated and manipulated my body; I got stuck in a binging and restricting cycle and I had no idea how to break free. I felt terrified, alone and stuck.

After years of working to heal, sitting in discomfort, and addressing my wounds, I finally came out on the other side and realized I was not alone. 

Why is it so many people seem to have a longer list of things they don’t like about themselves than things that they do like?

After I began to heal my relationship with food and body, I noticed just how much other people obsessed about food, diet and weight...just like I used to. 

That is why I started Wanderful Wellness and why I am thrilled to be a part of ESC Holistic Sexual Wellness. I made it my mission to become a nutritionist who supports people to stop dieting for good! Dieting is actually one of the worst things you can do for your health. Proper nutrition is about a whole foods, all foods and, most importantly, trusting your body.

Everyday I guide myself and clients through to greater wellness by incorporating movement and nutrition, with an emphasis on self-love and healing.
